As mentioned before, there is no singular and plural form of the noun. 

A classifier is unchanged and we only have to change the number 
to mean plural. 

For example, a person 一個人  (yī gè rén)  , two people 兩個人  (liɑ̌ng gè rén).

e.g.  tɑ̄ yǒu yī gè gē ge、liɑ̌ng gè mèi mei.

他有一個哥哥、兩個妹妹。

He has one elder brother and two younger sisters.
